Terms of Delivery
Delivery will be between 2-8 weeks depending on the chosen manner of delivery and location. All items will be shipped within 7 days after receipt of final payment. In exceptional cases we reserve the right for extended delivery time. Customers will be informed should this occur. All goods are fully insured.

Final Cost
The final cost includes actual price of the puppet plus insurance and shipping. Shipping costs depend upon weight, chosen manner of delivery and final destination.
