We had put up a new exhibition!

“Marionettes at the Chateau”

Where? Dobris Chateau.

When? 26.4. - 31.10. 2014, horario: every day from 8am – 5:30pm

What you will see? Historical marionettes, about 70 pc, where the oldest is around from 1840, arranged into themed scenes placed in a beautiful ambience , all from the private marionette collection, the biggest in Europe.

Come to see it! Don´t miss the king with the butler, princess in rich gowns, knights and hunters….and etc. Beside marionettes you may enjoy French and English park, it is definitely worth to see, wonderful trip for a whole family.

Special project with Czech and German kids.

“Marionette Workshop”

31.3. - 2.4. 2014

We went to Jugendbildungsstätte, Waldmünchen in Bavaria where we spent three days conducting marionette workshop for 30 kids (age between 12-14), 15 were from school in Roding and the other 15 from Czech school in Klatovy. They made incredible puppets, mixing different marionette parts, using various painting techniques and did a little bit of carving. They were quite surprised and proud of themselves what they achieved in a few days. We had all big fun. Kids spoke among each other Czech, German and of course English.

We shouldnt forget of a great help from Klatovy school teachers Věra Luňáčková and Jana Kantorová along with teachers from from Realschule Roding, mainly G. Thammer, in particular great thanks goes to Christiana Beck who was the main organizer of whole event.

With the very same group we will meet again in October when we will pull of together a marionette performance where kids can show all their wonderful puppets in acting for the school friends and parents. We are very much looking forward to it.

Whole project was supported from German funds, EU and County Cham.

Atletas de marioneta que hicimos para Praga Indoor 2014. Encuentro internacional de atletismo con el Estatuto de la Asociación Europea de Atletismo, que tuvo lugar en el 02 Arena el 25 de febrero. Nuestro equipo checo entregó marioneta regalos a los atletas europeos.

Pasado un par de semanas que estamos trabajando una en un proyecto especial de marionetas, productoras títeres en la base de dibujos únicos. Un montón de personajes diferentes, todos hechos de nuestros componentes torneados de madera lo que utilizamos en nuestro pequeño taller y por supuesto en nuestra propia colección.
